terms & conditions

by booking and attending classes at flow haven studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions. please read these carefully before your visit.

  1. booking & payments

    all classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or booking platform. class credits/packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  2. cancellations & rescheduling

    you may cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. late cancellations will result in the loss of the session credit.

  3. lateness policy

    we allow a 5-minute grace period. if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join and your credit will be forfeited.

  4. health & safety

    by attending our classes, you confirm you are physically fit to participate. notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy in advance.

  5. code of conduct

    respectful behaviour is always expected. we do not tolerate threatening behaviour towards our staff and clients, verbal and/or physical abuse. we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone disrupting the class environment. the company maintains the authority to revoke, suspend, or not renew the membership of individuals who violate these terms and conditions.

  6. liability

    flow haven studios is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on premises, except where caused by proven negligence.

  7. studio rules

    no food in the studio. phones must be silenced. please clean up and disinfect your area with the cleaning materials provided and return equipment after use.

  8. age restrictions

    you must be 16 and above to attend our sessions.

  9. updates to terms

    we reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time. the most current version is available on our website.

  10. workspace rules

    food allowed. headphones only. clean up: wipe table, bin rubbish. respect shared tenants; low after classes.
